An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for an account so that you can start adding your favorite products to your cart or wishlist and easily place an order.

Just follow the Lost your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

Stay informed of new arrivals, trends, and exclusive promotions by entering your email address under  “Sign up” for our newsletter to receive updates and exclusive offers. Email preferences can be easily managed under  “My Account” at the bottom of our homepage.

Placing an order is easy at Collection de Prestige. Here’s how:

 

  • Choose the product you want from the categories from the top navigation menu and click on “select option”.
  • Select “Choose an option” for the size and/or color of your item and click ‘Add to Cart.
  • Once you have finished adding your items, click on ‘view cart’ and proceed to checkout by clicking ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’.
  • Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed. Enter your address and payment information to place your order.

All orders are filed within 3 days of receiving payment. We have customized rates with our courier, FedEx Economy or Fedex Express? We have worldwide shipping, and the product will come directly to your door step.

Returns requests will be accepted within 7 days after receiving the items.

Once the product will be received, we will immediately proceed to issue a credit note and creating an e-credit directly on your account with the corresponding amount (Customs fees paid by Collection de Prestige and shipping costs are excluded)

After having completed the return requests, please send an email to [email protected] attaching a photo of the product. After checking the request, you will receive instructions on how we will collect/refund the goods. In these two cases, the delivery cost of making the return is at our charge.

Shipping to Europe will cost 15euro / 19usd, and shipping worldwide outside Europe costs 30euro /36usd, If your order exceeds 300 usd you will be granted a free shipping, no matter the size or weight of the package. We ship worldwide using Fedex Express.
