Do I need an account to place an order?
An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for an account so that you can start adding your favorite products to your cart or wishlist and easily place an order.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
Just follow the Lost your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
How do I receive Collection de Prestige email updates?
Stay informed of new arrivals, trends, and exclusive promotions by entering your email address under ‘Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates and exclusive offers’ at the bottom of our homepage. Email preferences can be easily managed under ‘My Account’.
How do I place an order on your site?
Placing an order is easy at Collection de Prestige. Here’s how:
- Choose a category, brand or collection from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific brand, category, color, size, season, price by search filters.
- Select “Choose an option” the size and/or color of your item and click ‘Add to basket’.
- Once you have finished adding your items, click on ‘view cart’ and proceed to checkout by clicking ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’.
- Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed. Enter your address and payment information to place your order.
- Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way by E-mail and SMS.
How long do orders take to ship?
All EU orders are filed within 72 hours of receiving payment. We have customized rates with our courier, FedEx Economy or Fedex Express, we ship anywhere in the GLOBE to your step door, with delivery within 3 business days in ALL EUROPE and outside the EU within 5 business days such as North America, Asia, Middle East, africa etc.
How do returns work?
Returns requests will be accepted within 7 days after receiving the items.
The items must be sent (at your charge) to the following address: Fabriksvägen 9
Once the product will be received, we will immediately proceed to issue a credit note and creating an e-credit directly on your account with the corresponding amount (Customs fees paid by Collection de Prestige and shipping costs are excluded)
In case of damaged products or delivery mistakes
After having completed the return requests, please send an email to [email protected] attaching a photo of the product. After checking the request, you will receive instructions on how we will collect/refund the goods. In these two cases, the delivery cost of making the return is at our charge.
